Another kind of World Cup? Snuff World Championship pushes nasal boundaries
Some 250 men and 20 women, young and old, competed to see who could shovel the most snuff tobacco up their noses within 60 seconds, in the Bavarian city of Ingolstadt on Saturday. Contestants of the 21st tobacco sniffing tournament, dubbed the 'Snuff World Championship', were given five grams (0,17 ounces) of snuff tobacco each. The participant who manages to snort the most tobacco from a five-gram container and has the cleanest work station is proclaimed a champion.
